Terms of Service

By creating an account or generating a report you accept these terms. They are governed by UAE law and any dispute is resolved in the courts of Dubai.

1. What MyKeyz is and is not

MyKeyz is a tool that helps you produce a property condition report from photos and video you capture, supported by AI defect detection. The report is your record. MyKeyz is not a licensed inspector, surveyor, valuer, lawyer, or court witness.

2. The report's evidentiary value

Each report carries timestamps, location data where permitted, a generated PDF, and verification details. This makes the document tamper-evident. It does not constitute a legal judgment about who owes what.

3. Pricing and payment

Creating a handover record is free. Stored and verified records are priced at 49 AED (Verified Record) and 99 AED (Extended Record), inclusive of 5% UAE VAT. Payment goes through Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their standard policies. When a refund is processed, any related broker commission is voided.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit photos you do not have permission to capture or share.
• Do not use the service to defraud, harass, or extort any party.
• Do not resell, scrape, or rebrand reports without written permission.

6. AI output disclaimer

The AI defect descriptions are suggestions. You confirm, edit, or reject every defect before the report is generated.

7. Broker referral program

Brokers earn a commission on MyKeyz reports paid for by users they referred. Refunds void the commission. Payouts are made by manual IBAN transfer monthly.
